Why I decided to become a Nutrition Coach

Since I started on my journey to become a better version of myself almost 3 years ago I have learnt so much about how good nutrition impacts so many other areas of your life. Without the guidance of my own coach during part of this journey I would have never started to understand how important fuelling yourself correctly across all days of the week is.

During the last three years I have been through stages where I was obsessing over macros, stages where I would restrict myself at family occasions because I didn't want to go "off plan" and stages where I focused on purely protein intake rather than the wider spectrum of vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy diet.

I want to help people avoid all of this and create a sustainable way of eating that is enjoyable. Working towards a goal, whether it is weight loss or weight gain, finding your freedom with food and ending the binge/restrict cycle, learning more about why certain nutrients are so important for your body or just aiming for better, healthier life I can help you achieve this.

I want to show you that meal prep doesn't have to be time consuming and good nutrition doesn't mean hours and hours in the kitchen.

I want you to be as excited about your next meal as I am!

That's why I decided to become a Nutrition Coach.

Want to know more, drop me a message, I would love to hear from you.
